Dehydrated?

Maybe… I don’t know. How can I tell? Well, here at Earthwater, we’re all about keeping YOU hydrated for the summer time.  This week, we wanted to remind you of some of the symptoms that could come with being DEHYDRATED:

·       Extreme thirst

·       Less frequent urination

·       Dark-colored urine

·       Fatigue

·       Dizziness

·       Confusion

·       Dry mouth and tongue

·       No tears when crying

·       No wet diapers for three hours

·       Sunken eyes, cheeks

·       Sunken soft spot on top of skull

·       Listlessness or irritability

When Should You See a Doctor?

·       If diarrhea lasts for 24 hours or more

·       If your infant Is irritable or disoriented and much sleepier or less active than usual

·       If you are unable to keep down fluids

·       If you have bloody or black stool
